Would you like to make more than £11.000 a year for just 15 minutes a day work??
The above is from the advertising for the system and well I like this and so do most of you guys, so I decided to contact the author to test if this could be true. The authors of The Fancy Fillies System has now provided me with a copy of this system so I could test it out since they believe in their system and feel confident I will give it a honest review. I have been looking at this system a long time since I heard quite good things about it. But now I’m going to test The Fancy Fillies System for at least 1 month and give a review.
What is included in The Fancy Fillies System?
You get The Fancy Fillies System in PDF format and there is 54 pages. The first 21 pages are about betting exchanges and some information for beginners. Then from page 21 you get the system rules and the staking plan to use with the selections. You also get information about why the system rules are made.
I think it looks like a well put together system, and not just one of those 5 minutes systems which there are 1000 of already.
I won’t of course give all the information about the selection rules, but I can say that it involves LAYING short priced fillies / mares. The selection process can be done in the morning and then you are free to do whatever you want the rest of the day. I would say that it normally can be done in 5-10 minutes.
You also get links to their results so far from 2007 and 2008. I have backchecked a litlle bit and it seems like they are genuine and you should be able to have made around the same amount.
MY FINAL REVIEW OF FANCY FILLIES HORSE RACING SYSTEM
I have now tested fancy fillies for more than 1 month and I must say that I’m very happy with it. Not at any time have we been close to the maximum bet of 5 units in the progression. We have earned over 20 units in a litlle over 1 month and that is by doing 5-10 minutes of work in the morning each day. To be honest we have to say that it uses the Fibonacci Staking plan (going up to bet 5 units max and then back to 1 again so it will never get out of control).
The good thing about this system is that you can find the selection in the morning time before you go to work and then leave it alone. Next day you check the result and see what your next bet will be.
I have been using real money for this test, and I will continue to use it. Therefore you will also see that I continue to post results (it’s also for my own records so I can see how it perfoms compared to my other systems).
I will definately recommend this system to everyone. It has performed extremely well both in my test but also if you look back at results in earlier years.
As always there are ways to improve on this system to make it more profitable. For instance you could find more qualifiers each day and then choose the one which looks most likely to lose it’s race (then we WIN). To do that you need to do more work than the system ask you to, but you will probably also get much better results. If you don’t know how to find out which selection is the best of the day then you could run the qualifiers through the selection method in Racing Secrets Exposed.
Please note if you don’t have time finding the selections yourself each morning, or want to bet on excactly the same horses as the author uses then you should sign up for their selection service. Sign up for Fancy Fillies Selection Service here.

HI,
I also have been interseted in this system although the results page seems a litle poor this year.
They have been good reviews and this system has been around a while now, but a little expensive.
I’m watching with Interest!!
Yes stick around and see how it goes. The good thing is that it takes a maximum of around 10 minutes each day to find the selection and you can then place the bet and leave it for the day. It’s not expensive if it works, but very expensive if it’s just another system that does not work at all.
We’ll see, so far I’m using real cash for the test since I believe the results quoted on the page seems to be genuine andI hate paper trading and then seeing a big test profit
hehe
I’am also looking forward to your appraisal of this system, at least there are some results given on the website, and the staking is sensible, in that after a few bad results, the stake is reduced to start a sequence again rather
than inceasing stakes as if on a kamikase mission.
I would like to know if you intend to do a test of ‘Dennis & Hazels’ ‘FFF’ plan. It sounds intriguing, but i havn’t found a review of it yet.
Steve=> I have already tested The FFF Plan on my danish site. You can only read some of it in Danish and see some of the test results: http://www.hjemmejob.dk/spil-pa-heste/the-fff-plan-test-af-et-hestesystem/
However, I think I will make a review soon since I already tested it and made up my mind. I think it would go to Neutral or not recommended products since I don’t like the stakin plan which can get very nasty, but I will need to look at it again to refresh
Errr…..i dont speak Danish, but i would like to hear more of your comments on the ‘FFF’ plan in English.
Thanks
I don’t think you will like it it can get more risky than GOfibonacci which you don’t like. I will make a review in English when I get time.
However, there is again loss retrieval in the staking plan and it can get quite ugly if you follow the system to the letter.
I would rather choose Favourites Phenomenon it looks like it is put better together.
How can you make a proper test of the system, when you make the wrong selections and doesn’t bet everyday?
Do one month of proper testing instead of this - this won’t give us a real review of the system.
The “wrong selections” are actually not wrong, it was the selection when I found it. The manual states that you should find your bet and place it in the morning time, but if you do it later you may get another selection due to the odds (but it’s still a selection that qualifies).
I don’t have time to bet everyday, and I think nobody else have time for that. I write BEFORE the days that I will not bet so that people can see this. I can of course also try to back test to get the results from these days that I was not able to bet if that makes you happy.
the days I have not been following the system was 2 winners (where we had won) and one none runner.
Then point it out in the article, that it would have been winning days.
What about the last three days?♦
Read the front page where it says that I was not able to follow it during the weekend but will back test it as soon as I get time. Today / tomorrow.
Hi,
I also have been following this system with you since 14/06/08 and find my results do vary from yours. The system advises to place bets before 9:30am which can be the night before and up to..9:30
Depending on the odds this can produce different selections for everybody.Which kinda makes the results page on the web a little misleading!
I sort of like the system although not in profit as much as your quoted results( I have to place odds early morning due to work commitments) although the ebook reccomends anytime b4 is cool it is a quick to use system and so far so good….But
I find the results are purely a case of luck really,no following past form at all!
I have great success laying with ‘racing secrets exposed and false favorites, which both are a complete trainng course and insight into horse racing!
You have reccomended RSE on this site and I can agree totaly that when it comes to betting, at the end of the day ‘Knowledge is Power’
Happy Punting….. Paul
Hi Paul,
Yes you will get different selections sometime depending on the time you find them. I’m using their service where they send en email each day with the bet for today so you can get the same results as me by doing that. So I can also say that the results quoted for the selections on the site is genuine (at least for the time I have been able to follow it)
Hi Admin
FYO, Dennis and Hazel, the authors of Fancy Fillies (and FFF), are personal friends of mine and I can vouch for their integrity. The results on the website are most certainly 100% genuine. Dennis and Hazel are simply not the kind of people to issue misleading information simply to make a few system sales.
They run a publishing business and are highly successful authors in their own right and do not need to use cheap sales tactics to make a few bob from selling horse racing systems! They also use both Fancy Fillies and FFF on a daily basis themselves.
Paul might argue that Fancy Fillies is just a matter of luck but I know that the basic premis is based on a horse racing statistic going back over many years.
For those that use the False Favourites and Racing Secrets Exposed filters, surely the Fancy Fillies criteria can be added as a “negative” factor when considering which horse to lay?
The system achieves a consistent 65% strike rate over the long term but like every system it will hit a losing run now and again. Personally, I add in a couple of other factors when making the final selection which has improved the Strike rate to around 70%.
I also do not limit myself to just one selection per day if others are available. The one selection a day rule is simply there to support the claim that you can find the selection in 10 minutes before you go off to work or whatever.
Jon
Hi Admin,
I am just wondering that how u didn’t have any qualifying bet on 14th july. what abt at 2.20 Newton Abbot Trinity Rose odds 1.77. I am sure that wud be selection even if u make ur selection any time.
well good thing is she didn’t win.
can u confirm that what time do u make ur selection? and time u place a Bet?
Harry
I use the selection subscription service they have, so I get the same results as they do, so have not looked my self.
Harry and Admin
Sometimes an apparent selection wil be ignored if the difference in the lay odds for the next horse in the race on betfair are more than +4. So if Trinity Rose was 1.77 and the next horse was more than 5.77, then you ignore the selection.
In other words, the Fancy Filly must have at least one competitor in the race recognised by the betting market.
The authors subscription service is available from around 9.30am each day but if the betfair odds haven´t begun “to settle” by then, some selections can get missed. I usually look for the filly around 10.30-11.00am
Hope this helps
Jon
Hi Jon,
Agree with u, i still concern about todays selection Golden Rosie 2.70 WE WON, i am sure that till 10am Rosabee was favourite odd was 2.96 and it was settled. Golden Rosie was about 4. now in this case definattely people go for Rosabee and place the bet.
How the system works if u place the bet just 1 min before the off? have u ever tried that? I am going to do the experiments by placing bet at before 9.30am and just 1 min before the off. lets see how it will go.
Hi Jon,
Agree with u, the best time to place the bet is about after 11am, when market is properly settled but then they sud have update in the Ebook. so atleast everyone can get about same seleciton. I can say best time is after 11am.
I know that many may have lost yesterday where I won. I placed my bet very close to the start since I totally forgot about it up til then. I of course have proof to show that this was my bet since I’m using real money for the test.
There has been 2 times before I think where I have not followed the advice from the selection page they run and both of them has lost me money, but won money for them.
If people think I should quote it as a loss then I will do that - no problem
Have posted todays lay already now
I have now posted a screenshot of my account for the race from 17th July. See at the bottom after the results and before the discussion.
Harry, Admin and anyone else!
We have to remember that there will be the occasional race where two horses “qualify” as the Fancy Filly. The reasoning behind placing the bet early in the day is to support the authors claim that you can place the bet before going off to work etc.
Of course there will be losing bets, we are after all laying at short odds! But I do know the Fancy Filly system has an average strike rate of 65% or so, sometimes better, sometimes worse.
Yesterday was a bit frustrating to say the least! I saw the Fancy Filly selection which had also been selected as a lay by the Daily Donkey (alarm bells? !!)
As you know, I am about to start testing the Money Talks system and had a go at finding a selection yesterday, which was………..Golden Rosie!!!
So, I smugly put a win bet on Golden Rosie and did not lay Rosabee. Oh well, at least my loss was less than it might have been. But that´s the problem with systems. The horses haven´t read the script nor do the horses understand what they are supposed to do - especially fillies!
It may well be better to try and lay the Fancy Filly a few minutes before the off. I usually select the horse around 11am or so, then check for any market movement an hour before the race. Check again about five minutes before the race before placing the bet. I also try to see if there is a competitor for the filly that is shortening at all.
Hope this helps
Jon
I have just checked the selection for today which is recommended as Sharpener in the 13.30 at Newbury.
However, on Betfair at 10.50am, Sharpener´s lay price is 3.1. The next horse is Solitary at a lay price of 9.2. therefore I do not recommend laying this selection.
The system says you should lay the FIRST qualifying filly on the day´s racecards. I have to say, I don´t always do this but try to identify other qualifiers if I have doubts about the selection.
So, I won´t be laying Sharpener and knowing horses will probably regret my decision at 13.35.
Admin - would you like me to contact the authors (friends of mine) and see if they would be willing to join this discussion?
Jon
Hi Jon,
wellcome to Horseracingman. I completly agree with ur comment. to be honest i am sure that results they have posted on their website are genuine. i actually like this system but i just wanted to find the best time to place the bet as i also go to work.
but i think it is really important to settle the Lay market. so i think best time is just few mins before the off and u sud still get about 67%. i thikn ur way is perfect to find selection about 11 and start watching market 5 mins before the off to make sure that 2nd favourite is in our range and not withdrawn at last minites.
Harish
Hi Jon,
Do u think author(ur friend) will be happy to read all these comments as u already exposed most of the rules over here in ur last comment? well either admin can delete last few comments just to secure the system before you contact author.
Harish
Hi Jon,
Feel free to contact them. Any help is always appreciated.
I have edited your comment a little bit so it does not give away the system rules.
Jon
you said
Sometimes an apparent selection wil be ignored if the difference in the lay odds for the next horse in the race on betfair are more than ……. (deleted by admin since we don’t want to give away the system)
are you sure about this statement?
i read through the manual but i didnt get this rule, or is this the updated version? (then i have to ask the author again)
thank you
Jon=> Yes it says in the manual so you must have an old version.
Hi Jon,
Yea i am sure that you are using old version in which there was no any filter at all.
They have updated the system, added 2 filters and that is the only difference between 2 versions.

A fair review of Fancy Fillies. Just to confirm your point about the system being more profitable if more than one selection per day is found….
Last Saturday 19 July, I found 4 qualifiers, all of whom went on to lose.
Jon
Hi Jon,
Do u use the same rules including filters or u have modified little bit??
Hardik
Admin
I wonder if I should buy FF when I already own Four The Win 2, which also lays shortpriced fillies/mares.
What is your opinion about that?
Greg
Greg=> If you get the same selections as posted here then there are no reason to do it.
I don’t know which system is best yet since I have not had the systems very long, but I think if I should choose one of them I would choose Fancy fillies since it has more data to back up the results over the long term.
Are your results written in $, £ or what?
Mads=> You decide yourself. It could be whatever currency you want. You could bet $1000 per bet then you would have made $21.000
admin
the selectioin i picked for 30th July is Kemp 30th Jul - 19:00 6f Nursery - Crystal Moments, odds 3.15, and it won the race
so i now have to stake 5pts for the next race
The authors subscription service for yesterday identified Kammaan in the 8.15 at Leicester. This filly lost (2nd)
Jon
Can u use fancy fillies system and four the win system for same time or is there some crossthings?
Echor=> Yes you could use both at the same time if you are only using fancy fillies with one bet a day. However, I would recommend a litlle bigger starting bank since you risk placing more on 1 horse sometimes.
What system you recommend with small bankroll? Like under 400£.
Racing secrets exposed which will educate you and make it easy for you to make Fancy fillies and other lay systems even more profitable by adding some of the rules to these systems.
http://www.horseracingman.com/racing-secrets-exposed-review/
You can easily run Fancy fillies with yur bank, just set your start unit lower. With time your bank hopefully grows and so does your bets
Don’t risk too much - Be patient and have discipline.
Thanks for helping me :). One question more… what you think about stake? How many percent from whole bank roll? Im going to try fancy fillies.
Hi Admin,
on 5th of Aug ur selection is Soul sista at 15.15, i am just wondering why you didnt go for 14.45 Its Toast odd 2.74 which was the perfect selection for Fancy fillies even you place bet at early or later.
Harry
Hardik=> Actually don’t know it. Just used the selection above since it was the one given out by fancy fillies selection service.
Hi Admin
Just wondering - You tell that you use the selections given by fancy fillies…
Is that a service they provide for all who buys the system or … how?
Great site by the way
Kenneth
It is a subscription service that they charge for. Actually I won’t recommend it since it’s so easy to find the daily selections yourself.
I will go on holiday for 2 weeks from today, so Hardik will update results for this system when I’m gone. Hopefully it goes well even though I’m not playing
Good luck to all of you
Have a nice time admin!
Thank you
I have WIFI on my hotel so I will update the results untill next friday where I’m then quite sure that I will not have internet since I will drive around in Europe the last week of my holiday
Hi Admin,
I was going to update today but anyway u did before me but my selection was different for 8th and loser as well so no worry.
Hardik
hi
i use the ff system but i make the bets in the night before because off my work ,but i must say that the the system i performing so welllllllllll
i like this system
ib
Hi admin, today U have a wrong pick (15th August) Quaroma isn’t first pick of this day - first one is shyrl 14:20 at Newb. You have missed out this one
Isn’t the idea to lay fillies/mares when there’s stiff competition from at least one colt or gelding? If so, Quaroma shouldn’t have been picked.
How much do you recommend to have on your bankroll to use this system?
I am looking for an extra income on about 1000 kr a month??
Loud=> I’m on holiday so it’s Hardik who is running the test, but I agree that Hazel also had your selection as the selection for the day. But think Hardik will be able to answer better about the selection. I’ll be back again Monday, am sitting at a litlle lake in Austria right now and enjoying the sun and some “borrowed internet” (love when people forget to secure their internet
LOL
Hi loud,
Agree with u for 15th Aug pick, already updated.
Harry
I wonder if somebody will ever update the picks….
Fred=> I’m still on vacation. Hardik has agreed to update results but I don’t know if he has been busy. If any other people have some results then just post them here then I will compare to the subscription services selections.
Hi Admin,
sorry about delay, i was away but i managed to get selections only didnt have time to update, updated already.
Hardik
Looking at the results page for this year on their website, by my calculations, they’ve only made about £1500 profit in 8 months. That’s not too impressive considering there using £100 stakes. Those two periods where they had 4 and 5 losses on the trot certainly dented the bank. Just goes to show that past results don’t always make a system.
I’m thinking, after having 4 losses on the trot in their fibonacce sequence, wouldn’t it be better to divide the loss by 4 and look to recover this on the next 4 bets that win (ie horses that lose)
Seems to me if you just use 1% of your betting bank, and not what they suggest, then this would be a perfectly viable recovery plan. Had they used this then there profit for this year would be in the region of about £4587. That’s if they’ve had 4 wins (horses that have lost) on the trot since 20th August. They haven’t updated their results page since the last sequence where 4 horses won their races - funny that!
Would be interested in any other opinions on ways to improve the results as I’m just about to use this system with real money today.
I too am preparing to start using this system this weekend.
I also look forward to any suggestions from anyone on a recoup strategy after a losing run of 3 bets (ie horses winning). To me going ahead for a 4th bet on a losing run would be very costly if the result went the wrong way. Surely better to start again after 3 losses.
All in all though, having followed the results for sometime of this system, i cannot find anything else on the market which is so easy to use, less time consuming and will make you some money in the long term.
I wonder if using the proper fibonacci sequence where they use two 1’s at the beginning would be a safer proposition ie
1,1,2,3
If you were using a £10 stake at the beginning then the total loss after 4 losses would only be £70 as oppossed to £110.
I don’t have enough data to suggest another staking plan yet. But I’m entering all the results into the staking machine and then see after a lot more selections if there seems to be a better staking plan.
Can any one tell me what their results have been like this week, and how their email lays have
faird. yours Robert.
Robert=> See above that is the results with the selections they have provided. Think you had gotten the same yourself, I see no reason to pay for their service.
admin
As you have said, there’s no need to subscibe to the selections service, as the method of horse selection is very easy, and takes only around 10 minutes to do.
To prove the point, i started using the system on the 1st Sept, and all my selections thus far have been the same as the ones shown above.
I suppose the service is really for people who dont have anytime during the day to look for the selections, or can’t be bothered.
Incidently, so far my first week has been pretty
successful. One thing i did do additionally was that on Saturday due to the number of cancelled meetings, i ended up going to the US meetings in the evening and making a selection there which was successful.
Has anyone else tried out this system in general on foreign markets.

Hi Steve 2
Can you tell me how you can find out whether the horse is a filly on the US races? Presumably you place the lay bet on betfair??
I use Fancy Fillies regularly and find it a very good addition to my betting efforts. I often find there are up to four or five bets per day on UK races and the strike rate stays about the same.
Cheers
Jon
STeve 2 - I don’t have any idea how it performs on foreign markets. But would love to hear more about it
Jon
To find fillies/mares in the US markets use the site http://www.attheraces.com.
I will probably choose a US race tonight as i couldn’t find any selections that met the criteria
for UK races today, and the ‘Galway’ meet in Ireland has been cancelled (their was a selection there in the 1st race). I only have time to make my selections first thing in the morning during the week before i go to work!!!
As i said earlier i have only just started using this system……and i thought if you couldn’t put a bet on a UK/IRE race……then the selection
principles should apply to overseas races.
Anyway, i’am keeping a detailed spreadsheet on my selections using this system, so after sometime i should be able to give a viewpoint on the results.

Hi Steve
Thanks for the link. FYO, today´s Fancy Filly is 17.10 Lingfield Girl of Panagaea current lay price 2.76
Cheers
Jon
Anyone following fancy fillies who would like to keep records here on the website since I can’t find time to do it every day
Is that a heavy hint aimed at me, Nikolaj??
:-))
Jon
Jon
Thanks for the tip………unfortunately ‘betfair’
is one of the websites which the company i work at
doesn’t allow access too, hence, why i have to find the selections early in the morning
Bit of a disaster today. I really don´t understand why Pursuit of Glory in the 17.50 at Dundalk was recommended.
This horse was trading around 5-6 points shorter than the second runner on betfair for most of the day and at the race start it´s lay price was 1.75 with the second runner at 9.0.
Surely a no bet? Well, I didn´t go for it and sure enough it won easily.
Jon
Any news about alternative staking plans? I would like to give this a go, but I can be sure as soon as I start we we will 4 or 5 winners very soon. So the recommended staking is too speculative for me.
Dont try to tweak the system it works well enough,
the old cleachagh is, if it works dont try to fix it. I have to hold my hands up at this point though
and say i have only just purchest this plan but with years of experienc i can see it being what they say, however sods law will allways happen my first bet lost 2nd won 3rd won. Now to day i found 2 lays
Kritzia 15 40 Yarm, Shes our lass 15.50 Ayr, Ayr was to far ahead of the 2nd Yarm was about 5 points ahead at 3.oo pm but i fancied that one i kept to the plan however, both lost.So all i can say is lets all stick to the one plan and see what happens. yours Robert.
Hi admin, just to let you know i won again to day.
I cant believe how lucky i was finding this site
and Hazel, she and her hubby are just a dream come true. I’ve been looking at U.S.A racing, every race
looked at the filly lost, I’m very excited to say the least. If any one reeding this is in two minds as to buyng it dont hesitate.
yours Robert.
Hi every one 3.50 Newmarket Grand Annee lost
fantabydoze as the Crankies say.
yours Robert.
I would suggest the OSCAR GRINED staking plan. But you would have to work it out on paper. just type the above into GOOGLE to get the rules. One point about FF the only reason less fillys win is that only about 30% of runners are fillys. Winners to runners there is only about 1% differance to male runners. I dare say you could apply the FF rules to colts with simular results to produce one bet per day. when I puchased FF it was a fantastic system about 2 yers ago but its not as good now owing to exposure and a lot more using it. another staking plan to use could be 1 1 2 3 5 only a risk of 12 covering a run of four looses instead a risk of 11 over a run of three looses. After all that I must say I still USE IT but I make sure I dont SELECT the same as the crowd
Good luck Tony.
Tony
Thanks for post about staking plans………you say you’ve used the system for a while…….is that using the staking plan as suggested, and overall what has your strike rate been?
I have thought about the 1,1,2,3,5 plan, but does anyone here use that with the FF system.
Robert
Well done, i started recently, and after an intial losing bet, i had six winners on the row..
followed by 2 losses at the higher end of the odds range. I too have used the US racing which has been pretty good. Do you only have one bet a day?

Yes I do use 11235. I realised that if everybody that purchased FF stuck to the rules, we could all be on the same selection forcing out the lay price, so I adapted another way to arrive at an alternative selection. Obviousley I can’t tell how I do it as others would be on the same as myself, but I assure you my results are as good if not better than when I firt purchased it last six months results 72% LLR 3. Hope this helps.NEVER. NEVER. NEVER. follow the crowd on betfair.
In reply to Tony yes i only have one bet a day, two races i looked at on the U.S.A lost again to night,
they seem reliable. Now admin i need your help i’ve
had two losing bets, yesterday and to day, i must admit if i,d have had R.P in front of me i would not have layed Ave at Kemp dont like those races,so
my question is i know go £30 looking at the third stake i dont recoop all my money back, this only happens on the 2nd one am i right or not, if any one
els can clarify this for me i’d be most gratefull.
yours Robert
Robert
Not quite sure what you’ve asking, but……..
lets say you’ve had 2 losing bets in a row, at the higher end of the odds range specified, then
when you make your 3rd bet and it wins it doesn’t
always mean you will recoup all the losses of the 2 previous losing bets (though you should be close).
Basically the system profits from betting in the long term, in that your winning bets will earn you more than the amount you lose when your bets lose.
syteve r
Robert=> Steve R has clarified it quite good. You don’t always win all your money back but you usally win more back than you would have won at level stakes since you are betting higher on the one you eventually win.
I actually like that it does not try to win back all the loses since this could end up costing a lot if the cycle lost.
But still early days to see whether the Fibonaci staking plan is the best, so far I think that other staking plans could work better, but still testing and waiting for much more results.
ok,thanks guys for that wil keep going.
yours Robert.
Hi admin, would you be able to, or do you know anything about False Favourites and winners to losers, if not look up http://www.Betting Systems Reviews
.co.uk. You can download free How To Avoid The 10
Deadly Mistakes 95% of All Punters Make its very good for beginners. His full e book sounds good as
well and for £20 is cheap but befor any one of us buys it/them could you check both out.
yours Robert. p.s. any one els can chip in too.
I dont if any one els picked Citron Press to lay to
day from FF but thats the one i got.
yours Robert.
Here are the results you would have got with the selection service. Most should have received the same selections but of course it depends on when you find them:

28 Sept Hallhee She lost, we won
27 Sept Purple Sage She won, we lost
26 Sept…Haydock…14.35…Keep Dancing..lost, we won 3

21 Sept…No Selection…………………………………………………………….
20 Sept ..Wolverhampton. 18.50 ..Meydan Groove..lost, we won 3.1
Robert
I already own False Favourites and in my opinion, this is an excellent product that teaches you how to identify short priced favourites that are likely to lose.
This isn´t a system, such as Little Acorns for example, but a detailed explanation of how to identify a “false favourite” plus lots of useful info about race courses, draw bias etc. The educational value of the False Favourites book is exceptional and at 20 quid an absolute steal!
Cheers
Jon
Jon
You mention you use ‘False favourites’ but you dont mention whether you actually use this with picking selections for the ‘FF system’. If you do,
have you found that it improves the strike rate?
Thanks
steve r
Hi Steve
Not especially but I do use a combination of systems to try and minimise risk. So, I think you could include the basic Fancy Filly concept when looking for a false favourite with another system such as Little Acorns?
Without giving the Fancy Filly system away - it could just be another factor to take into account when laying favourites.
False Favourites is really a guide to identifying favourites that are vulnerable. The process is very comprehensive and a bit time consuming but the ebook is excellent value for £20.
The Fancy Filly system says to select the first qualifier in the race cards for the day but I often look for and find other qualifiers that go on to lose and sometimes lay those as well.
The other way I try to improve the strike rate is to shorten the price differential between the fancy filly selection and the second favourite. If it is a “two horse” race with the remainder of the field at long odds, I usually look for another selection.
I find the above improves the strike rate to around 70%
Cheers
Jon
Jon
Thank,s for that Jon i will buy this next week as i am off to Scotland for a long weekend. It does sound
a bit like R.S.E but cheaper may buy both as i dont really have time first thing for Fancy Fillies and
later on i find the price is not thier and a bit risky, no good trying to find what isn’t available.
yours Robert.

hi
i post nr 55 where i was glad for the ff but now i turn around ,if you can place the bet at the right time it aint that great, i think the btw 2 is better if you dont have time too bee infront off you pc all the time mvh ib
Hi Ib,
The idea behind Fancy Fillies is that you don’t have to be around the computer the whole day. In the morning time you make your selection and then it’s done for the day. I have been using their service where they put up the bets each morning and I must say that most times I got better odds than they did.
hi
yes i know that it is the idea but the say you can place the bet even the night before,(i have too place the bet the night before ),when i doo that i dont get the same bet as you doo, then it is not as great as btw2 i think mvh ib
Just a word about other systems to test,i have back tested Dreamlays now i know they can still be iffy
but it looks like they are genuine they all match
any way. yours Robert
Can you check this out admin ff are saying two winning lays in November yet as far as i know they dont send any at weekends, and i did’nt check Sat/Sun
let me know. Robert.
Hi Robert
You may recall that I post the Fancy Fillies selections to the system membership site.
The membership selection service does not include weekends. The authors, Dennis and Hazel, decided not to post selections at weekends when they started the selection service and many members prefer to locate the selection themselves as they are free to do so at weekends.
However, we do always make the selection ourselves both for personal betting and also to respond to any queries raised about winning or losing fillies over the weekend. We need to know if there was a qualifier etc.
If a selection is found, we post the result on the selection website.
We had a winning bet on Saturday, Sunday and again today (Monday) so the system has now found 3 winning lays from 3 selections so far in November.
Obviously, we will get a few losing bets at some point, maybe tomorrow, but we have enjoyed an incredible run over the last 4 or 5 weeks.
Jon
We may introduce a weekend selection service at some point but
Hi Guys,
First of all thanks for this website, the first I am happy to trust.
I ve just bought the FF system.
I don’t get the idea of “the first selected filly of the day”. Is it only to emphasize the 10 min a day or is there something with the first one ?
Sorry if this question looks a bit stupid but I don’t find the manual very clear on this point.
Also, Did anybody try the Nick Williams system ?
I haven’t seen much on it in this forum. I ve been testing it for 15 days now and results are rather good.
Chris
Hi all,
I have had the FF System since early 2007.
When exactly where the extra filters introduced.
Phil.
Another good day on ff they are saying 3/3 two of them are off the plan Sat/Sun not what they gave out. Robert.
Robert
Hopefully I´ve answered your query in comment 110 above. Another winning bet today means 4/4 so far in November. But I´m sure there will be a few losers soon.
No Laying system can consistently produce long winning runs.
Jon
Hello Chris
Yes, the first qualifying filly is to satisfy the “bet and go to work” requirement. Quite often there is more than one qualifying filly on the day with more than one losing it´s race.
But the system does not recommend laying all fillies, just the first one you find on the day.
Jon
Phil
The additional filter (one) was added in September 2007. If you purchased the system before then, I can send you the filter by email.
Jon
Phil
Sorry, I meant to add you should send me details of when you bought the system as well.
Jon
Jon > Thanks for your answer.
Which filly have you selected today ?
I have Divali Princess at Huntington 14.50. I may have missed one in earlier races.
Thanks
Chris
Hi Jon, yes i twigd that after about 3 days ha ha.
Doing vey well tho i dont even increas the bet when we have a loser as i know we will recover it on the next up to £1,o1 soon i will retire!.
Robert.
Hi Chris
Bit late with a reply but Admin has been away and some posts have been delayed.
If you want to use the selection service, details are available at http://www.fancyfillies.com
All previous selections for the last 6 months are listed
Cheers
Jon
Hello all,
I have just discovered this good Site and have noted the comments about the Fancied Fillies. My copy of the system is dated Sept 2007. Can anyone let me have the latest filters as I am unsure if my copy has them ?
Many thanks.
Mark James
Hello Mark
An additional filter was introduced in Sept 2007 therefore it is highly likely that you already have the filter.
We try not to disclose system rules on this site as that would not be fair to the authors.
Look in your ebook at page 35. There should be two filters. One to do with price and the other about the number of runners in a race.
If you don´t have both, send me an email to jonsambrook@yahoo.com and I will advise you.
Cheers
Jon
Any one out their heard of the Symbiotic lay system, got it up on another site that tests systems
of various typs he is giving it 5 stars.
Robert
Robert
If you are looking for another laying system with low liability, have a look at Little Acorns on this site.
I don´t want you losing all that Fancy Filly profit!
Jon
tried for 2months,some strange rules and criteria. lost money, just another or miss system.claimed full refund from clickbank. author sent me follow up emails about his other selections to trial(free of charge)equally useless! dont waste your time or money
Mike
Are you talking about Little Acorns or Fancy Fillies?
Jon
Thank you Jon, i have already spoken to D/H i think
i will stick to FF and just increas the stake as i go along, FF lost to day but didn’t get on in time so no harm done. Thank you to Mike stoped me looking farther into it. Robert.
Hi Robert
Well we can´t win every race but I think we were at a slight disadvantage today following the late withdrawal of a runner which reduced our chances a bit.
At least you lost less than me!!
Jon
Jon
Thanks for the link
Chris
Hi folks, this site is becoming like Betfair we all know its full of numteis. It would seem however much admin try to look in to all theis lay systems or srvices we will never really know how honest thy are. The proof of the pudding is in the eating and the honest truth for me so far is, FF works and i can see it continuing to do so
after all they can hardly fiddle one horse a day
now can they.
What they say, and what you see, is what you get to day the lay lost. i really must keep a record i think i’ve had about 15 may be 3 wone came first.so what are you all waiting for get on board. i dont know them other than by email so i have nothing to gain. Robert
Robert
Thanks for your compliments about Fancy Fillies. If you use the selection service, then you will know the selection is posted at around 8.30 am (UK time) every day so it is impossible to fix the selection against actual results.
All that can and sometimes does happen is that the posted lay price may change quickly depending on how much liquidity is in the market at that early time of day, but not much I can do about that!
Jon
Robert
If you email me to jonsambrook@yahoo.com I can send you a list of past results for the last 6 months.
Jon
Two losing bets on the trot, didn,t like to nights
so i just gave it the mis didn,t like suzi bitch
either but went with her, i do give them my approveall, i dont just take the tip. You have to learn
in life to use your own judgment even if the advice is good. Robert.
Robert
I believe you are a member of the selection service? If so, you can see all selections made in the last 6 months or so on that site.
So, there is no need for me to send you a separate list!
Cheers
Jon
