I have to admit that I have fallen for them myself who hasn't but a time comes when you have to realise your being dupped,they are laughing all the way to the bank,I hate them. The way to make it pay lay or back is to get the stats Adrian Massey.co is one of the best its all there, At the races too is strong stuff,finally the R Post go through all cards find a race you fancy read up on spotlight look at the first 5 in the betting, then go to top trainers/top jockeys look at the % for each one at the track you will then get a good idea of how they have performd over the last 4/5 years. To day at Musselburgh 3.50 for me it came down to Amanda Carter& Palomar the later is racing on Saturday due to go up 4lb giving away 17lb to day, 2nd fav in the post no way was that going to win, came third, Caravel 1st, I layed Polomar,they didn't want it to win.Learn the tricks otherwise you will continue to get stung.
