Two new products have been added to the Sportsworld site.

The one that looks most interesting is The Protege by Tony Gibson, this one has some big profit claims.

The second is the 50% favourites system by Derek Nadin.

I guess we will find time to start a review of one or both of these systems very soon. If anyone buys The Protege or 50% favourites System and wants to test them here then please send me an email so everyone can learn the truth about these new systems :-)

My massive amount of prior experience in betting systems (including those from Sportsworld) have led me to be both cynical and hopeful. One the one hand, I love reading about the systems, checking their past results and profit claims out, and thinking that maybe this one would be a good fit for my betting system portfolio. On the other hand, I remember that only one or two of the massive number of systems promoted by Sportsworld have been shown to be profitable, and that anyone making 1000 pts/year wouldn’t need to sell this system to the public (no, I’m not going to do the usual mathematical garbage when people assume infinite liquidity and you end up with $30 billion or so in a few years from a compounding bank).

Weighing everything up, I wouldn’t touch these ones with a barge pole until they have been analysed, dissected and paper trialled.

Agreed. If I were in possession of a system which made 1000 poins per year, I’d have it in print only and sleep with it under my asbestos matress, with a loaded gun under the duvet.

What I like to see from future system sellers to prove that they have put their own money on their system selections to whatever stakes they are marketing it at. Be it how many points to £10 or £100 then show those bets and not hypothetical could have won with these stakes. I am not also talking about those fly by night systems where they will show you a day or two of profits and conveniently misses out losing days. I would like to see continuous results for 3 months at least on their profit/Loss statements or bookie statements obviously with important info faded out but with the main bets for all to see at what stakes. That way I am certain they will sell a lot more and punters will have more confidence in said system.

I’m happy to proof my laying selections to someone for testing on this site but what i use is not a system, just hard work! I have 75 possible lay selections for todays racing but the closest i use to a system is not laying above a certain SP.
